Pearl & Gale Charter Terms
These terms govern every charter booked with Pearl & Gale from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. By paying a deposit, you agree to these clear operational rules, pricing structure, and cancellation terms for our fleet of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 ft to 164 ft.

Securing Your Yacht Reservation
To confirm a charter, a 30 % deposit is required. We do not hold dates or reserve vessels without this initial payment. Minimum booking duration across our fleet is 2 hours. Hourly prices range from 600 AED to 18 900 AED, and all listed prices already include VAT. Your remaining balance is payable prior to departure. All charter requests, amendments, and confirmations are processed through our WhatsApp chat, where our team responds within 15 minutes daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.
Insurance Coverage and Operational Safety
Every charter departing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour operates under full insurance coverage for the vessel, crew, and guests on board. Certified life jackets are provided for all guests up to our maximum vessel capacities. The licensed captain remains in full command of the boat during the trip to ensure operational safety. No passports or ID are needed to board our yachts and boats.
What Is Included and Guest Permissions
Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Guest capacity across our vessels reaches up to 90 guests, depending on the chosen craft. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, onto the boat with zero corkage fees. Optional additions such as catering, water sports, DJ setups, or transfers are arranged on request prior to departure.
Rescheduling and Refund Policy
If severe weather prevents safe sailing on your scheduled date, you retain complete control over the resolution. If the weather does not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund the payment, exactly as the guest chooses. All date adjustments are coordinated directly with our team in the WhatsApp chat. Any agreed weather changes or refunds apply strictly when conditions prohibit departure, ensuring transparent handling of your booking without standard cancellation penalties.
Essential facts
How do you handle bad weather on the date of the charter?
If weather conditions prevent sailing, you decide how to proceed. We can move your charter to a new mutually agreed date in the chat, or issue a full refund of your payment based entirely on your preference.
Can I get my 30 % deposit back if plans change?
Deposits secure your vessel hold. However, if sailing is cancelled due to weather conditions that do not allow departure, your deposit and any payments made are fully refundable if you choose not to reschedule.
Are we allowed to supply our own refreshments and alcohol?
Yes, guests are fully permitted to bring their own food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks on board all our vessels. Pearl & Gale charges no corkage fees or extra service costs for bringing your own provisions.
